PROJECT 7 - Site Quality / Safety Management

A Major Tier 2 Civil Engineering Business had a requirement to move its existing Quality and Safety Management systems into a digital format.  

Key requirements were around:

  • Digitising exiting processes - People, Property, Plant and Machinery, and Operations

    • Manager requisition

    • QS and Accounts approval

    • Visualisation of the status of ordered materials including part deliveries.    

  • Keeping track of the location of small plant and equipment

  • Scheduling site activities

  • Development of Apps for plant, SHEQ and site inspections/audits

  • Risk Assessments Apps

  • Low cost and ease of use

  • Recording toolbox talks

  • Sharing of Information - Photographs, Drawings,

  • Logging of Changes to Specification (Non - verbal Instructions)
