PROJECT 6 - Risk Register

University College London's Estates Department asked for support in moving their Departmental Risk Register in to Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Planner and To Do.  

Key requirements were around:

  • Digitising RR

  • Tracking People, Property, and Operational Risks

  • Keeping track of the status of Risks 

  • Visualisation of the status of Risks    

  • Keeping track of the closeout of Risk Improvements

  • Sharing of Information across the Team including checklists and evidence of closeout of Tasks

  • Logging of changes to Risks
