PROJECT 1 - Site Quality / Safety Management

A Major Tier 2 Civil Engineering Business expressed a need to move its existing Quality and Safety Management systems into an electronic format.

Key requirements were around:

• Ease of use by frontline staff

• Recording of toolbox talks delivered by site managers

• Ability to record site delivery data including Material Deliveries (Supplier/Quantity/Cost etc.)

• Recording of Risk Assessments and Plant and Equipment Inspections

• Sharing of Information - Photographs, Drawings,

• Logging of Changes to Specification (Non - verbal Instructions)
