Project Safety Management
Raising the Bar
Overview
Project Safety Management in HRBs is a complex matter and the object of this course is to provide clients, project managers, principal designers, principal contractors, design managers and safety professionals with a comprehensive understanding of the management systems, governance arrangements and regulatory controls required for the successful delivery of both Non HRB and HRB Building projects and why it is important to raise the bar for all constuction work.
Day 1: is focused on the regulatory framework, dutyholders, governance and construction control.
Day 2 : focused on change control, compliance management, MOR, fire/emergency information, Golden Thread (Building Information for Operation) and project delivery assurance.
